High School Entrance Examination contains the evaluation and selection. For a long time, because of the decision in the test theory, too much emphasis on the screening test the role of chemistry teaching in secondary schools had a profound impact. Chemistry revision in Grade 9 is short, and the task is heavy. The teachers often use the sea tactical to improve student's achievement, even ignored the initiative of students learning and learning abilities, but also lead students to the general sense of dull recitation, which has become the more prominent and the common problem in the chemistry revision of Grade 9.New curriculum advocates the students and the community development needs, subject to play its own advantages, stimulate initiative and innovation of students, encourage students to learn actively, so students get the process of chemical knowledge and skills, but also in Understanding of chemistry, based on the actual social life, self-contact for scientific inquiry, a certain scientific literacy and scientific values. Examination guidance for the effective review, and comprehensively improve the scientific literacy of students, comprehensively, chemistry of Grade 9 must be integrated into the new curriculum ideas, based on the foundation, focus on capacity-building, promoting the formation of autonomous learning ability of students. Based on the educational background, the paper discusses the design on the teaching of chemistry revision in Grade 9 to review teaching chemistry study.The time for reviewing process for Grade 9 is very limited, so we have to make the knowledge of this subject systematic, regular, networking and capable. The paper puts emphasis on the development of capability of students, and the well-designed lesson procedures, to make the students build their knowledge network, master their learning method by exploring, cooperating, analyzing, thinking and summarizing, in this way we can improve the ability to learn actively, to learn to analyze and to solve problems. This kind of design not only is adapt to the requirement of high school entrance examination reform, but also can make a great effect on students' development.This paper is based on intension of teaching design, applying case study approach, using the constructivism of new curriculum reform, the metacognition theory as its basic theory, under the guidance of new curriculum reform, gradually study the implement of "The instructional design of chemistry revision class in Grade 9 based on the students' study"'s rules and strategy.This Paper is divided into four parts. First, based on consulting some relevant literature, this paper summarizes the drawbacks of the present chemistry revision class and the current situation of the domestic reform of chemistry revision class in Grade 9. Secondly, based on the student's study of the chemistry revision class in Grade 9, the paper expounds the research methods and theoretical basis of the teaching design.Finally, the paper applies the case of instructional design to teaching practice. The content of the teaching design is detailed and accurate with distinct arrangement.The last part of the paper forecasts the prospect of the instructional design of chemistry in Grade 9.
