Beijing Enterprise Employees' Social Insurance Cognitive Research

With the rapid development of social economy, a substantial increase in living standards, China's social insurance system more and more attention to the social insurance system in the continuous development and improvement, the social security insurance rate increased steadily year by year. However, constant development and improvement of social insurance in the process, employees are mostly passive participation, did not actively participate, which is mainly reflected in employee knowledge about social insurance for less. This article is based on this situation, the Beijing Municipal employee's awareness of the social insurance.This paper defines the object of researching, select the appropriate methods under the premise of good questionnaire design. Available in the domestic social insurance on employees a comprehensive analysis of cognitive research, based on the perspective of this study proposed. By involving a variety of gender, household registration, education, unit character, unit size and job title of Employee of the questionnaire survey of its employees for business insurance situation, commonly referred to as "Five Insurances " and the toll subject, the social insurance contribution base and the ratio of the minimum pension payment period, designated hospitals and referral health insurance provisions and scope of medical insurance reimbursement, medical insurance reimbursement payment from the line and the maximum payment of unemployment insurance recipients conditions, standards of various social insurance benefits social insurance number of the cognitive knowledge of the situation, come to awareness of social insurance of employees is not high results. In further analysis by level of education, the nature of units, unit size, job title and social security benefits through reimbursement of social insurance for employees awareness of the impact.In the analysis of enterprise employees, enterprises and social insurance-related sector three reasons, leading to recognition of social insurance of employees is not high, after providing for the establishment of the enterprises themselves, the social insurance sector to regular inspections to five insurance, social insurance relationship between the transfer and social insurance supervision and legal responsibility to the main content of the training system of social insurance knowledge to enhance their awareness of social insurance of employees, which is the innovation of this article. Researching social insurance awareness of employees is helpful for promoting the social insurance system for the further development.
