This article is based on this situation, the Beijing Municipal employee's awareness of the social insurance.This paper defines the object of researching, select the appropriate methods under the premise of good questionnaire design. Available in the domestic social insurance on employees a comprehensive analysis of cognitive research, based on the perspective of this study proposed.
