New Agency Of Effectiveness Of Universities' Ideological And Political Education

The problem of effectiveness of ideological and political education of college is an important theoretical problem. Ideological and political education developing direction, developing the implementation and evaluating the results are unfolding around the ideological and political education vadility . Ideological and political education is for what purpose , implementation approach to what and display what functions , etc, these theoretical problems are closely related to the effectiveness of the ideological and political education . Ideological and political education validity problem is still a great realistic problem, in which the social needs and individual needs meet degree waits in the social reality of inspection. Currently the effectiveness of the ideological and political education is insufficient, which causes the masses of college students, education workers, society and even of the party and state high attention. For example, in 2004, the state council issued the CPC central committee to further strengthen and improve the ideological and political education. This article highly values the opinion of ideological and political education. In recent years, research papers or works will be more and more. Scholars all want to do little of their own power exploration of inadequate performance of ideological and political education, causes of the weakening of effectiveness and the path to improve the present situation of the ideological and political education. These are also the original intentions of writing this paper.In this paper, studying the effectiveness of the ideological and political education is to follow the "from 'status' cut - clarify the necessity and importance of improving ' status' - seek 'status' causes - propose the countermeasures to improve' status'" so of ideas. First of all, the paper defines the meaning of the effectiveness of the ideological and political education to clarify its connotation. Secondly, with social environments of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the paper points out the necessity and importance of improving ideological and political education, mainly illustrates urgency of improving the effectiveness of the ideological and political education from three aspects which include the need of era, college education reform need and the need of self pursuit of educator and college students. Secondly, from the collection of data, analyzes the current situation of college ideological and political education validity and finds failures of performance and micro-level reasons of the present situation of ideological and political education. At last, according to the problems, finds the pointed measures to improve the situation of the effectiveness of the ideological and political education from the value orientation, education goal, education contents and education methods these four aspects .In writing, references the marxist philosophy, the ideological and political education, the pedagogy and the psychology related theory to enrich the structure and content of articles, striving to reference other disciplines excellent accomplishments to improve the ideological and political education validity.
