Performance Evaluation On Industrialization-oriented Higher Vocational Education

With the continuously push of the process of the popularization and systematization of higher education in our country, higher vocational education, as an important part of higher education, both of its educational scale and social service level have improved greatly. The rapid development of higher vocational education makes a widespread use of various systems and mechanisms of school running. The tendency of its socialization and industrialization has become increasingly apparent; the competitive situation of its market attributes has also been formed. In this case, the theme this article focused on is how to make a cost and benefit analysis of the development of higher vocational education industrialization, prove the performance of its industrialization development scientifically and provide feasible policy Suggestions for its reform and further development on the basis of the actual situation in our countryAs far as the logic thinking, first of all, on the basis of the analysis and summarization of the classic literature and theory, this paper made an organization, review and summary of the related theory of the industrialization of higher vocational education; and then, it summarized and elaborated on the current status of the development of higher vocational education industrialization and made a cost and benefit analysis of the development of higher vocational education industrialization in the use of the combination of theoretical and empirical methods; Finally, it put forward a series of measures which can accelerate the development of China's higher vocational education industrialization.The paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction. It mainly introduced the background and significance the subject choice, research scope and research framework, research methods and ideas, and the innovation and deficiencies of the articles. The second chapter is the part of the literature review. It reviewed the domestic and foreign relevant research of Higher education industrialization. Base on this, it made a summary and comment on the existing research results. The third chapter is an analysis of the achievements and problems of the higher vocational education industrialization development of our country. In the fourth chapter, combining the specific conditions in China, the paper made a thorough theoretical and case analysis of the cost and profit of higher vocational education industrialization development. In chapter five, on the basis of the reference and improvement of predecessor's analysis method and analysis indexes, this paper made an empirical analysis of the cost and profit of the development of higher vocational education industrialization. The sixth chapter is the main conclusion of this paper. And then it put forward the corresponding countermeasures and the suggestions.The research purpose of this paper is to make comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the cost and profit in the operating process of the industrialization and the economic benefits and social benefit brought by the industrialization according to the list of typical problems existing in process of the development of vocational education industrialization at home and abroad and to using of the methods of the combination of demonstration and standard, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and then to put forward the definite idea to improve the vocational education industrialization from both internal external environment aiming at the restraining factors faced by the higher vocational education industrialization development of our country, such as capital, system, market and so on.
