AT this innovation days in technology of digitalization , network, virtualization, along with the popularity and impregnating of the mass media, mobile media has been integrated into all aspects of our daily life, and 3G era makes an unprecedented development to the mobile media . 3G technology enhances the transmission speed of voice and data and it can process images, music, video and other forms of media, so that make the use of 3G multimedia possible. In today's era of aesthetic generalization, people tend to get from the phone more real and stunning visual beauty and pleasure, and hope never to be limited on the personal terminal by time and space for more entertainment, privacy, individuality, variety of services. And It becomes more important to mobile operators that how maximize the benefits by attracting people's attention in the mobile terminal.
