| Orienteering technology training including reading map,ground objects,landforms,orientation recognition,etc.Corresponding training is also carried out around the orienteeringmap.It is the key factor of orienteering to read the map quickly and make full use of the information on the map.It is concluded that the specific cognitive training can improve the performance of the athletes and the efficiency of visual search.Therefore,it is very important to deepen the recognition of map and improve the map cognition ability of athletes in orienteering map recognition training.At present,there are many kinds of map reading training in orienteering training.The coaches mainly focus on the field image recognition and use of map.However,there are few studies on orienteering map recognition training,the following training methods are available:Traditional running point training,corridor training,window training,heel running,blind spot orientation,scale perception,map simplification training,etc.,these methods are easily influenced by cartographers,coaching experience,training time and so on.Map recognition training method plays a guiding role in orienteering map recognition.The training method determines the training effect,and how to explore new map recognition training method to further improve the level of orienteering athletes on campus has become a hot topic.By analyzing the domestic and foreign researches on orienteering training and visual representation training,this paper finds the application of new technologies has further expanded the studies related to appearance in foreign countries,and has exerted a profound influence in many fields such as medicine,psychology,sports science,etc.,and the exploration of multi-field integration is the characteristic of foreign studies.The measurement of visual representation is not limited to questionnaire survey.Modern technologies such as eye tracker and functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)provide support for more and more research.High-tech application promotes the in-depth study of the theory and practice of visual representation training.However,in terms of orienteering sports training,there are relatively few academic researches in foreign countries.There is no research on sports as a separate discipline,and there are few training methods specific to physical ability or skills.Most of them are the extension of various disciplines such as psychology and physiology in orienteering sports training.The domestic research level of orienteering training is still in the state of basic research.In China,orienteering physical training has a certain research foundation,and has formed an inherent training method and training system.Therefore,compared with the training methods and systems of skills training,tactics training and psychological intelligence,etc.,training methods and systems are more mature.However,the research on skills training in China stilllacks the guidance of scientific research.Although some scholars have discussed and analyzed the research of orienteering sports tactics training and psychological intelligence training in China,the related researchers are still a little less than those of foreign countries.Therefore,the research of orienteering training in China still needs to be further expanded and deepened under the guidance of science.Review representation visual representation and the related research,it can be seen in the field of sports application of representation has been widely recognized,the domestic scholars in recent years has gradually realize the visual space cognitive ability in the important function of orienteering,and the orienteering spatial cognition and spatial working memory have certain research foundation,but compared with foreign countries,from the Angle of psychology and spatial intelligence and so on the influence of the orienteering movement is a lack of certain theoretical guidance,the depth is not enough,research methods are innovative enough.Studies at home and abroad have shown that orienteering sports and athletes’ spatial cognitive ability interact each other,and the training through visual representation can optimize the athletes’ cognition and skills.Therefore,on the basis of relevant researches at home and abroad,it is very necessary to further innovate the imagery training,expand the application of visual imagery training or intervention in orienteering motion recognition.Therefore,it is of great importance to further combine modern research methods and intervention methods,based on special features,integrate psychology and intelligence,and deeply explore measures to improve spatial cognition and spatial thinking of orienteeringl athletes in orienteering motor map recognition training.This study based on the above purpose and the status quo,by the methods of literature material,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,based on the presently a college student space visual imagery intervention for 8 weeks,combined with the corresponding knowledge chart of orienteering training,comparing the characteristics of eye movement and visual spatial cognition of orienteering athletes,college students in physical education department and college students in general department,comparison of the changes of map search,visual spatial cognitive ability and orientation scores in three groups of physical education department before and after intervention,then it discusses whether this method can improve the spatial cognitive ability of the subjects and improve the ability of map recognition.The results showed that,in terms of skills: the three groups showed a corresponding improvement in orientation scores after 8 weeks of intervention.Compared with the other two groups,the orientation score of the conventional training spatial visual representation intervention group was the greatest,and the difference was obvious before and after.In the orientation score,there was nosignificant difference between the conventional training group and the spatial visual imagery intervention group.In terms of cognition: the visual spatial cognition ability of the three groups was all improved.The advantage of correct response in the intervention +training group was greater than that in the intervention group and the training group in the three tests of positioning,drawing and building blocks.In the intervention + training group,the contrast between the three dimensional rotation accuracy and the response time before and after the intervention was obvious.The intervention effect of spatial visual imagery played a certain role in improving the three-dimensional rotation ability of the intervention group,intervention + training group.Characteristic of the eye movement search and map recognition of orienteering athletes: the eye movement track of professional athletes presents a search strategy combining forward reasoning and reverse reasoning.Non-professional athletes tend to be forward reasoning and have poor map reading ability.Compared with college students in physical education department and the students in general department,the average pupil size of professional athletes is larger,the efficiency of map recognition search is fast,the time of scanning is long,and the speed of scanning is fast.After the intervention,the eye movement locus of the intervention + training group showed the trend of searching strategy combining forward reasoning and reverse reasoning,and in the fixation time,fixation frequency,scan range all showed the trend of professional groups. |
