The researchs about obese adolesent children were strated at the 20 century, it's become the issue of the whole world to concen and the focal point of adolesent children's body and mind healthy, more and more scholars have to discuss the influence of obesity affect the adolesent children. There have some differences between the obese children and the normal children in self-cognition, self-esteem, physique and the mind healthy which have been proved in many researches. The Acsdemic Stress is the most direct and biggest stress that the students should face. The Time Management Disposition is the psychology and behavior characteristics of the ways to use the time of different individuals and it's also an element which affect the Academic Stress, lots of the researchs showed that they are negative concern.In order to explore the differences between the obesity students and normal students at time management and academic stress, the effect of how the regular exercises to change them and to provide the practice evidences of the mental health ability by exercises at physical education field in high school. This study did investigation and exercises intervention at the exercises situation, time management and academic stress at the high school students in Jiujiang cityThe investigation result of this study are: (1), The girls'time management ability are better than boys', the academic stress are lower than them, senior two'time management ability are significantly better than senior one, academic stress are significantly higher than them; (2), The overweight and obesity students'time management ability are lower than the normal weight students', the academic stress level are higher than them; (3), The students whose doing exercises 3 times a week and lasted one year and more have the best time management ability and lowest academic stress level.The research result of this study are: (1), The obese girls'time management ability are significantlt higher than the obese boys through the exercises intervention which lasted eight weeks and the academic stress level are lower than them; (2), It's been showed that the obese students'time management ability have been significant improved and the academic stress level have been significant reduced by the exercises intervention which lasted eight weeks.
