Research on work-family conflict has become a hot topic in organizational and behavioral field . Meantime, related domestic research in this field is relatively small. Based on the summary of previous literature, this article researched the level of work-family conflict and its relationship with mental and physical health and marital satisfaction of employees from foreign companies. With the social support as a mediator, the article also studied the regulatory role of social support to physical and mental health and marital satisfaction in work-family conflict.The results showed that: a certain degree of work-family conflict exists in employees from foreign company. Impact of work on family is higher than that of family on work. For employees in foreign company, the level of mental and physical health and marital satisfaction are both comparatively high. Work-family conflict predict mental and physical health effectively; Impact of work on family is a good predictor of the marital satisfaction;Social support plays an obvious buffer role in impact of the work-family conflict on the mental and physical health, so does social support on marial satisfaction. Work- family conflict, physical and mental health and marital satisfaction are also different on part of the demographic variables.
