Based on the alignment analysis framework of United States "the SEC", This paper studys the alignment between China junior high school science curriculum standard and science examination (physical part) of Ningbo city; Ireland junior high school science course Outlines and Ireland science examination (physical part).Through the analysis of junior physical content standard and science papers of Chinese and Ireland, the results of the study show that the alignment between physical content standard and physics papers is not enough, they all be reflected in the different emphasised on contents and cognitive levels. Although the alignment index P values are similar (the average P value in China is 0.552, Irish is 0.529), but the specific factors resulting in the low degree alignment between two countries content standards and examinations are different.1. To China, in the knowledge, junior science curriculum standard(physics part) pays most attention on "Force and motion" and pays more attention on "Energy"; the five years of junior science tests show that the most emphasized is "Force and Motion, and then "Electricity and Magnetism".2.
