Since the 1980s, standard-based curriculum reform has been implemented widely in the world. our country also introduced the curriculum standards in the eighth basic education reform, which pointed out that national curriculum standards is the basis of compiling teaching materials, teaching, assessment and examination. However, in practice, especially in such a major examination like college entrance examination, Whether the paper based on curriculum standards or not,will affect the implementation in the whole teaching process of the new curriculum. Therefore, consistency test of college entrance examination papers and curriculum standards becomes more and more important.Our country, without mature alignment analysis model, delayed in the alignment research between examination evaluation and curriculum standards, so this paper studies several mature international analysis models, which include Webb’s model, SEC model, Achieve model, then uses the Webb’s model to analysis the alignment between the physical test of college entrance examination in Shaanxi province in recent years and curriculum standards.The research process as follows:first, to encode the knowledge of the target level, divide the learning level based on the physics curriculum standards, the target level of knowledge is divided into four grades; second encode the curriculum standards, analysis of each content standard and to encode one by one; then coding for the college entrance examination, each title of every question should be analyzed,and corresponding to the previous coding table; finally to judgment and analysis the alignment of papers coding statistical tables.The analysis results are as follows:1. The alignment level between the college entrance examination in Shaanxi province in recent seven years and curriculum standards are not high, especially in the range-of-knowledge correspondence area is very bad.2. The alignment level between the college entrance examination in Shaanxi province and curriculum standards after the curriculum reform:the alignment level of categorical concurrence rising over time; the alignment level of depth-of-knowledge consistency is high and stable overall; the range-of-knowledge correspondence overall shows low level of alignment; except individual module, the alignment level of balance of representation is good as a whole.3. Compare the alignment between the college entrance examination in Shaanxi province and curriculum standards before and after the curriculum reform, we find that the alignment level after curriculum reform is better than before, but the difference is not significant.After study, I find that in order to improve the alignment level between the college entrance examination papers and curriculum standards, not only we should revise and improve curriculum standards, but also the college entrance examination papers should based on curriculum standards.Besides we should actively develop the alignment research tool of our own. Although there are a lot of mature analysis tools in the world, different countries have different history and cultural which lead to different perspective and starting point.If copying foreign analysis model, there will be some problems, so developing our own alignment analysis tool is urgently needed.
