Since Jiangsu Province push for implementation of new programs and new entrance admission program in 2007, the implementation of academic proficiency tests have been carried out in high school. Information technology disciplines also have changed the status. Information technology education comes to a new stage of development. As a new curriculum, teaching information technology is constantly on the way to get improved. Academic proficiency tests promote the development of the emergence of the teaching of information technology, but at the same time, in a certain degree, information technology in Teaching has some constraints.In this study, with information technology as a mainline and with the basis of information technology required course "Information Technology" and elective courses "Network Technology", we explore the process of teaching how information technology can not only fully reflected the curriculum reform objectives, but also achieve successfully in academic standard test, thus reducing the academic burden on students. We also target the relationship between the curriculum, teaching materials, and examination as well as explore how to strike a balance between these three. As a result, we can draw the useful teaching philosophy and experience.The article first analyzes the standards of information technology then study, comb, and summarize the link between the content of teaching and testing. So, a conclusion can be drawn that there's no fundamental contradiction and teaching, support each other and undivided.By a two-way analysis of academic standard, the curriculum and syllabus of the relevant provisions and their consistency and differences can be reflected. With the use of survey research and analysis of relevant literature, we have access to students and teachers about the level of information technology, teaching and testing academic knowledge and attitudes, from which all aspects of information technology courses can be learned about various aspects of the relevant information. To improve methods of teaching information technology, it provides a reference.Finally, the study talks about information technology, instructional design ideas, and explores new creative ways to improve teaching methods and teaching methods to adjust teaching content. After dealing with the relationship between the new curriculum ideas and teaching materials, we can improve the standard of teaching and students' information literacy. At last, the goal of technology curriculum can be achieved, continuously promoting the development of quality education.
