Education is a way for educators and educatees Prolonged continuous improvement society activities, lack of educators'self-improvementing and developmenting, there is no improvement and development of the educatees. Therefore, the teacher professional development has been the focus of the education sector and the hot topic. However, the entity of the teacher professional development training by the time, for place and funding constrainting, it is difficult for teachers'career developmenting. Relying on modern information technology, development and use of online educational resources, and establish an open, dynamic interactive virtual education community, can overcome the physical limitations of training, more conducive to teacher professional development.Social relationships, organizational structure formed to promote the social development of education. Education affects the formation of social capital, social capital also contributed to the development of education. Meanwhile, the virtual community complex exchanges, mobility characteristics, and the continuous professional development and progress, we need the analysis of community activities, not only to the personal development of teachers, but also concerned about the community's external environment and internal structure,this adjust to Brown's"elements, structure and environment" three-dimensional analysis. In Brown's point of the three levels view, professional development of teachers researching from the traditional view that technology capital, human capital, to the social capital view. The essence of social capital and the requirements of people return to groups and societies, is currently the professional development of teachers on the road need to be addressed urgently.In this paper, using the perspective of social capital, according to Brown's three-dimensional analysis theory,analytical the teachers of Jilin Province education community, from the macro, meso and micro level. By Nvivo8.0 qualitative analysis software to the virtual community of the activities, not only the amount of available data on the graph, there are secondary analysis of the corresponding content, and analysis of virtual communities as social capital within the professional development of teachers positive effect. On this basis, in three dimensions corresponding to propose effective virtual communities to maintain and promote the professional development of teachers recommendations.
