Teachers are implementing the new concept of curriculum reform to the classroom practice. And the teacher is the key factor who decides success or failure of the new curriculum reform .But because of their own conditions and environment, they have restrictions on their knowledge in the horizontal, vertical gap. Thus their restrictions influence the level of practicing the new curriculum reform as well as restricting their professional development.The rapid development of network technology provides new opportunities and favorable technical support for teachers to raise their level of practice and professional development. Virtual Learning Community is a new learning communication form based on network technology. This communication form is beneficial to temporal and spatial segregation of experts and teachers and teachers diversity needs of professional development. And it is a very practical significance and educational phenomenon which deserves the attention. Most currently study on teachers' interpersonal communication are about real communication. Meanwhile study on the network communication are on the teacher-student interaction. So the psychological mechanisms and behavior of teachers' interaction is valuable.In this study, teachers' network communication mainly means communication between experts and teachers and this communication on aim of teachers professional development. This thesis is on teachers' network communication with the theoretical analysis and empirical studies. Through using social network analysis and content analysis analyzed case "Da Lu Lun Tan' .On the basis of analysis concluded influence factors of teachers' network communication include educational, social and psychological factors. And teachers' communication on the virtual learning communities inspires teachers' awareness of professional development and enhances their professional development structure. This can effectively promote teacher professional development.
