Aerobics is an very popular aerobics exercise in modern society, itintegrates music, gymnastics, acting in it. It has cultural,entertainment content and the characteristics of sports contest, is theexercise, edify sentiment excellent sports programs. After aerobics wasintroduced in college education, it favored by the majority of teachersand students, university of the aerobics class increase gradually in theproportion of college physical education. Because universities inaerobics teaching requirements unceasing enhancement, makes our commonaerobics teaching research are particularly important.Based on the actual needs of aerobics teaching, discusses the subjectof aerobics teaching requirements, aerobics teaching content, teachingmethods, etc. This paper mainly with qualitative research methods, andliterature data method, questionnaire and on-the-spot observation, logicanalysis, with a teacher randomly of aerobics teaching process as thebackground, the teachers and teachers of professor of 20 students in theclass are open interviews. Understanding the process of professoraerobics teachers feel, influence students choose aerobics classes factor,the factors influencing students' learning calisthenics, throughinformation feedback and discussed with teacher puts forward theimprovement scheme, and will improve scheme applied to teaching forinspection.Research conclusion is as follows:1. The student to the aerobics cognitive there exist certain differencesof aerobics, know the fitness function limited it. The opening andaerobics course students' autonomous learning aerobics knowledge can helpstudents to further understanding of aerobics, to improve the students'understanding of the aerobics.2. As aerobics beginners, the students learning aerobics process more orless will be some problems. Teachers and students communicate activelycan understand the problems existing in the students learning, and to theteaching method, teaching content adjustment, students can better masterthe skills and learning methods aerobics teaching, make the best result.3. In aerobics in the learning process, students music grasp of aerobicsthere exist certain problems, the teacher through special exercisescultivate students' music, can improve students' learning interest andself-confidence. 4. Aerobics in the learning process, fashionable element penetration, canincrease the enthusiasm of students' study, improve the students'learning interest, thus cultivating students' consciousness of lifelongexercise.5. Students' autonomous learning with class, mutual communication, canurge students to aerobics basic technology and further grasp the basicskills, so as to improve the students' learning aerobics ability, trainstudents to use aerobics training body consciousness and methods.
