With the rapid development of economic and people living standardunceasing enhancement, people in the consumption of dietary intake of caloriesthan heat, obesity problems lead to different people, obese people prone to highblood pressure, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, fatty liverdisease. At present, our country young people, the number of obesity is inconstant increase. From the Angle of fitness and health, modern women pursuit ofbeauty is also in constant change, the understanding of the health more and moredeep, think health beauty is a good physical quality. Work of personnel training,therefore, our country is in a critical period, college students in all aspects of thepressure also more and more big, every college students after graduation will facesevere challenges. In order to relieve the pressure on college students in allaspects, we must work to strengthen extracurricular physical exercise, help themto enhance self-confidence, improve their own quality, form the good habit ofphysical exercise, and finally makes them get into the habit of lifelong sports.Therefore, aerobics projects as a positive and effective way to exercise much highattention of the society, more and more people choose aerobics exercise, chooseexercise method also each are not identicalIn the study, the social science researchin the qualitative research method, to the northwest normal university10femaleuniversity students as the research object, this research groundwork byunderstanding the student to the aerobics exercise understanding, select aerobicsmotivation and all kinds of factors, the students have a more accurateunderstanding, and will and student body of the related information timely to tellthe manager and make a corresponding adjustment. The research conclusion is asfollows:1. Students generally think that aerobics extracurricular exercise have an accurateunderstanding of the importance of identification of aerobics exercise on body,psychology has a very important role, but also can form the good habit oflong-term adherence to the aerobics exercise. Experiment has proved that:ningning classmates to join the club aerobics exercise has been three years, have their interest of aerobics exercise, will become one of her lifelong physicaltraining project.2. The students take part in aerobics extracurricular exercise motivation showed atrend of diversification. Mainly from the interest in sport; Mold physique,cultivate temperament; Adjust the mood, edify sentiment; Exercise, conducts theresearch to improve health, etc.3. Are there for students in the process of aerobics exercise aerobics music rhythmis not accurate. Coach can cultivate the students’ music to training, to improvestudents’ learning confidence and fun. Experiment has proved that: linglingstudents through coaching and training teaching of aerobics music, lingling’smusic in gradually improve, confidence in the aerobics exercise continues toincrease.4. Aerobics extracurricular exercise is female students like most fitnessproject, environment factor is also one of the female students chooses the mainfactors of aerobics training.4. Aerobics extracurricular exercise is one of the female student favorite fitnessprograms, environmental factors are the main reasons for the female studentschoose aerobics exercise.5. To take part in the aerobics exercise students in the communication with coachthere are certain problems.
