Combined with modern education, psychology, physical education, as well as aesthetic theory, we have conducted a comprehensive study on how to proceed with the improvement of creative ability of students on Aerobics in colleges and universities. We adopt many methods, such as literature, survey, experimental teaching, observation, statistics and so on, and aims to provide theory and the basis of practice for Higher education reform.1. There are three key modules of creative ability in Aerobics teaching of college: creative minds or idea, creative thinking and creative skill, respectively the premise, the core and the consequence of creative ability. They are interdependence, promote each other and all act of the main contents of the innovation of college's physical education teaching. Creative ability training has already become not only one, also the core of quality-oriented education.2. After optimizing it, teaching context will adapt students' requirement and characteristic. Because of the new teaching context, students are more active in learning initiative and innovation.3. We use many methods, such as group collaboration, combination of innovation, the role of replacement, competitive teaching and so on. It benefits students to improve their learning autonomy and creativity comparing with the regular teaching method.4. It is proved that the creative teaching methods promote the innovative ability of students and learning initiative. Moreover, the higher level of participation of students, the more active of their innovative awareness and confidence. About 90 percent of students are positive on the creative teaching methods.5. The creative teaching practices make students' thought active; moreover, the students' innovation and arrangement are improved through a series of innovative activities.6. There are significant differences between the new teaching model and regular model. It proved that the creative teaching model can improve on creativity of action and thought of arrangement, and help the student's ability to innovate.
