Cultivating People with scientific literacy is the demand of the development of modern society and educational reform in our country, which is a mission of history as well. TAO Xingzhi was one of the pioneers who advocated science education in China. This research on his idea of science education will provide some highlights and implications for the strategy of revitalizing (invigorating) China through science and education which centers on Improve the technological and cultural qualities of the whole nation.The author briefly analyzes the source of his idea of science education from the perspective of the International and domestic background, and takes great emphasis on production and development processof TAO Xingzhi's science educational thought.The value of TAO Xingzhi's science educational thought is to creation science child, in order to create the China Science.For the children's curiosity, scientific education should start with children's age. The content of Science should be close to nature, life, and social.The method of science educationis to do science experiments and play the games of science. The author also tries to make In-depth discussion of unique thinking of scientific education resources and comprehensive view of the scientific ethics education.On the basis of the above analysis, with an eye on contemporary educational reform,the author summarizes the implications of TAO Xingzhi's thought of creative education on the current status of science education, the value of primary science education, scientific education resources,scientific ethics education and parents of children enlightenment science education.
