Since 1980s, the floating population Increased quickly with the development of China's reform and opening-up and socialist market economy. A large number of peasants have expanded into town, as workers or businessman. Population floating is the inevitable phenomena in the peocess of china's industrialization, urbanization and modernization. This phenomena is also the social civilization and progress of performance. However, because of urban-rural dual structure and various system obstacle and WuGongZhe does not have the conditions to go outside with children, a massive left-behind children generated. Among the floating nations, Korean is different from others as it show both domestic and abroad floating characters. Their left-behind children is in a considerable size. Because of some subjective and objective factors such as poor interaction with Parents and the guardian poor oversight, these left-behind children's education problem becomes very outstanding. This problem can also relates to entire national population quality improvement and the society harmonious and stability.Korean left-behind children's education problem is a must to solve problem. WuGongZhe made great contributions to the city construction, but they are easy to float to the city difficult to settle. This formed the Labour force style as"work abroad, attribution in rural", "urban and rural amphibious, round-trip flow". Korean left-behind children has the common characters with other national left-behind children, but also has its diffrence. Korean's frequently outdoor-workers education plays both a positive role and the negative effect to left-behind children. And a series of education problems appeared. The reason for Korean left-behind children education problem is complex. There are both social and school factors, and Korean family factors. so the analysis and countermeasures are proposed from different angles correspondingly.This study based on a consecution of question, analyze and solve the problems. Using the methods such as: literature, questionnaire and interviews etc, to gather material. We had select the Antu Korean school as a case study. This study are divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the preface parts; The second chapter presents the left-behind children's situation; The third chapter is the problems of Korean left-behind children's education and its influencing factors; In Chapter 4, some countermeasures were proposed to solve the Korean left-behind children's education problem.Anyhow, society, school, family and other work are still needed to solve Korean left-behind children's education problem. Only in this way, the stuff of future socialist successors can be raised, and society harmony and stability can be promoted.
