Since the reform and development, the trend of urbanization and industrialization has promoted the large-scale flow of population in China, and the Korean ethnic group is the first group of ethnic minorities in China to flow, not only to the major cities in China, but also to foreign countries.South Korea,Japan and other countries are the main countries of Korean cross-border flow, especially because South Korea has a special historical origin with Korean people, many Korean people naturally flow to South Korea.Especially when China and South Korea established diplomatic relations in 1992,the number of Chinese Korean people flowing into South Korea increased rapidly.Meanwhile, the South Korean government is constantly improving its various policies towards the Korean people and other compatriots abroad that they have identified. As a result, the population of Chinese Korean people in South Korea has increased continuously over time.By the beginning of 2020,it has reached more than 700000,which is equivalent to 38% of the total Korean population in China. There are also Korean areas with dense Korean population in major cities in South Korea. With the diversification of Chinese Korean ethnic group’s residence status in South Korea, their freedom to travel to and from China has increased. At the same time, the South Korean government has relaxed various restrictions on the entry of their children,so that a large number of Korean ethnic group’s children have moved to South Korea to study. This population has increased unprecedentedly since the South Korean government introduced the “visiting employment system” in2007,So that the South Korean government has issued a series of policies since 2010 to ensure their better integration into Korean society. The South Korean government, centering on the capital circle, namely Seoul and Gyeonggi do,has implemented a multi-cultural policy and implemented a special educational policy for Korean children, who account for a large proportion of foreigners.South Korea’s representative multicultural policies for Korean children include bilingual education policy,Korean(KSL)education and Chinese(CSL)education for Korean migrant children. This study focuses on the problems of Chinese Korean migrant children in South Korea.Through the understanding of the various policies implemented by the South Korean government for Korean migrant children and the specific implementation of these policies,we hope to have a correct understanding of the various education policies of South Korea for Korean migrant children in South Korea,so as to provide some support for the development of Chinese Korean migrant children in South Korea, and put forward constructive suggestions and reference. The study found that: because most of the migrant children did not make sufficient preparation to move to Korea,so the different types of visa when they entered the country led to the instability of their residence status, the cultural maladjustment phenomenon such as unfamiliar with Korean and Korean culture, and the psychological maladjustment phenomenon such as identity confusion. After migrant children move from China to South Korea, they need to adjust themselves in the new environment, such as academic maladjustment, psychological maladjustment, incoordination of integration and maladjustment; In order to ensure that Korean migrant children, including multi-cultural students, can adapt to Korean society stably, the South Korean government has set up multi-cultural schools and multi-cultural centers in various regions, and implemented a series of support policies for cross-border migrant youth with the female family department and the Ministry of education as the center. However, the study found that the education marginalization of Korean migrant children still exists,so we need to constantly explore the corresponding education support programs.Based on the above research results and conclusions, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: through the questionnaire survey, although most of the Korean migrant children adapt well,on the other hand, they can not clearly realize their national identity in the process of growing up.Therefore,it is also an important part to pay attention to their national identity. It is necessary for our government to promote their identity education; The state needs to continue to pay attention to Chinese Korean migrant children in South Korea, provide continuous support to them, and effectively protect their rights and interests.Chinese academic circles need to continue to pay attention to their current situation, constantly explore the corresponding educational support programs, protect their right to education, and avoid being marginalized in educational opportunities. The Chinese government needs to provide Korean migrant children with access to Chinese Universities after 18 years old. After Korean migrant children who have experienced difficulties in entering schools and entering universities return to China, they need to create more opportunities for development, formulate and implement specific programs to ensure the future development of Chinese Korean migrant children. In addition, the Chinese government needs to continue to provide education, economic and political support and help for the Chinese Korean ethnic group through these associations or formulate effective policies, and constantly strive to provide a secure future for all Chinese Korean children. In South Korea,Chinese Korean migrant children account for the largest proportion in South Korea’s children from multi-cultural families, and will play a central role in many aspects such as future international exchanges, education and so on.They will play a bridge role in the diplomacy and economy of China and South Korea. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the education policy of Chinese Korean migrant children in South Korea.
