With the development of the labor economy in recent years, urban and rural migrant workers flow is frequent, especially in Yanbian state, Korean nationality,"go boom" promoted the development of the local economy, but on the other hand to many families bring negative influence, appeared a large number of left-behind children "". In2011August CCTV aired a program called "Jilin Yanbian left behind children face the problem of special report on education and care, visible behind growth and education of the children’s attention. Children are the future, is the hope, do the left-behind children education is the education and social progress.Through the consult massive literature, a preliminary understanding of the vast number of domestic scholars about the left-behind children research. At present, many scholars of rural left-behind children problems to study more. The single state of Yanbian, the problem is not just rural, urban Korean School left-behind children proportion high, away from parents, lack of integrity from the parents and family care, has caused a certain degree of these children in the ideological and moral, mental health, especially family education aspects appear vacancy phenomenon, but also a number of left-behind children rising trend year by year, attention left-behind children growth and education has become a social problem, especially the survival and education after school, so my research direction is determined.200of the Korean to the county in1urban schools and2schools in rural areas of left-behind children conducted a questionnaire survey, and typical children, teachers, community work personnel for the interview, understand Korean left-behind children after school of life and education. By contrast, left-behind children after school life, education status and left-behind children differences exist between the more obvious, and found that most Korean left-behind children there is a lack of affection, some children have some psychological problems, physical dysplasia, behavior habit is poor, lack of learning motivation, achievement is generally appear a series of problems such as polarization. Investigating its reason, is mainly because the effective as guardians not to guardianship, causing left-behind children lack of care for family, lack the necessary education and management ability, lack of government supervision ability, thus highlighting the survival and the education problem of children left behind after school. Starting with the development level of county economy and relevant management system and policy, should give full play to the role of government in the left-behind children management service work, vigorously foster and improve the ability of comprehensive community education, mobilize social forces and mass organizations, schools and teachers should play a leading role in education, parents and guardians should exercise care the right to actively, further strengthen communication and coordination with all aspects, so that the Korean left-behind children’s education and the growth is more stable and healthy.
