In order to investigate the development and characteristics of the subjective well-being and social support in gender, grade, family structure also in different parts, and then explore the social support in the relationship between subjective well-being of hearing-impaired students, this study in the system analyze and sort out the basis of research results at home and abroad, using documents, questionnaires and other research methods were studied. And conclusions based on the hearing-impaired students in health education targeted suggestions put forward, which for the hearing-impaired students to promote physical and mental development, reduction the heavy social and family burdens, improve the quality of the whole nation has important practical significance.This study take Xuzhou Huaibei Xinyi and Pizhou special education schools'366 students as subjects. By random sampling, through young students life satisfaction scale, the affection balance scale and perceived social support scale's measurement and the data analysis , we found that:1. There is a gender differences in the subjective well-being and perceived social support of hearing impaired students , the girls'overall level of subjective well-being are higher than the boys'. In social support, family support , friend support and other support of hearing impaired students, there also showed significant differences between boys and girls. On the whole, girls'are higher than boys'.2. There is a grade differences in the subjective well-being and perceived social support of hearing impaired students. Except for liberal satisfaction, hearing impaired primary school students are significantly higher than middle shool students and high school students in friend satisfaction, family satisfaction, scholastic satisfaction, environmental satisfaction and academic satisfaction as well as the whole life satisfaction. The hearing impaired middle shool students'academic satisfaction is significantly higher than high school students. In friend support of hearing impaired students, there also showed significant differences among different grade, on the whole, hearing impaired primary school students'are higher than hearing impaired high school students'.3. There are significantly statistical differences in the family structure in the subjective well-being and perceived social support of hearing impaired students, the score of hearing impaired students in single-parent family is significantly lower than those in both parents family. Liberal satisfaction of hearing impaired students with deaf parent is significantly lower than students with normal parents. Academic satisfaction of the only child in one's family is significantly lower than those non-singleton. There aren't statistical variance in the social support and SWB of hearing impaired students in terms of family income of students.4. There is a regional difference in the subjective well-being and perceived social support of hearing impaired students. On the whole, the social support and SWB of hearing impaired students in the city was higher than that of students in the county-level city.5. There is a significant positive correlation between the subjective well-being and social support of hearing impaired students. When the score of social support of hearing impaired students is high, the score of subjective well-being is high also. Each of the components of social support has different predictions on all factors of subjective well-being, family support has the most significant prediction on the SWB, secondary prediction is friend support.
