Research On TQM Theory For Innovative Practical Teaching And Management In Sports College

The expeerience of higher education management indicates that it is not enough to improve education quality and efficiency only with the traditional management theoriess, that we should learn from advanced management theories.in the 1990s, along with higher education reform and economic system transition.the problem of teaching quality for university has started to highlight the survival and development of key issue. The teaching quality becomes first priorty to the development of the school. Total Quality Management (TQM) Total Quality Management, formerly enterprise Management in the special concept, Applying the priciples of Total Quality Management in higher education management of teaching,is to put people's attention focused on higher education comprehensive management and improvement and university teaching comprehensive management work related activities.Establish the education services concepts of "consumer center",make higher school's each work around teaching management work formed a complete service network. And realize the improve its quality and efficiency targets.Curently,physical colleges and universities has facing the challenge of internal and external environment,how to make a physical characteristic.cultivate fit social demand high quality sport talent,is the key to guarantee sport college survive and sustainable development. Therefore, emphasize quality consciousness, strengthen education teaching quality management.with the guidance of outlook of scientific development and set up a scientific and reasonable, efficient teaching quality monitoring systerm.This thesis has three parts.Part One is intraduction. analyzing the problem in higher education management of teaching in China, the auther poinets oue the importency of this study and the relative researches of others.Part Two is the theory. It's about the conception,characteristic and main management models.The value of TQM in higher education lies in that it can not only bring the initiative of administrators, deucators and educates into full play but also make all the work orderly, standardized and effective.Part Three is the main part of the text.this paper presents some special operation way for physical higher education about comprehensive quality management.According to the theme framework of teaching quality monitoring systerm.and combined with teaching quality monitoring systerm of physical college and universities, puts forward the characteristics of physical education quality monitoring to process, all-round, multi-channel, many forms, and network management monitoring combination of new pattern and implementation method.This article is based on preccedent researches, trying to combine theory with practice in this study.discuss the Total Quality Management ideas in physical teaching management of efficient implememt and optismistic problem.
