Based On QFD Method Of Higher Vocational Technical College Education Quality Management System Research

With the popularization of higher education, higher education as the main force of the higher vocational colleges, higher education system in the role of more and more important. As educators of the education quality, and its new things, and its management research more and more be related party concerned. However, the quality of education in higher vocational colleges evaluation and management practice, education management and social institutions has been facing many challenges and problems. Therefore, establish a rational and scientific education quality management system in higher vocational colleges is particularly important.In order to explore the higher vocational education and solve the problem of quality management, this study expectations by introducing quality function deployment method, combining with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, the education education quality management system analysis, improving and optimizing the higher vocational education quality, in order to improve the level of management. Firstly, determined by previous studies in higher vocational colleges, the evaluation index system of quality management. Then through education in higher vocational colleges are analyzed the present situation of quality management, summarized present higher vocational education quality management problems. Taking GZMH university for example, by constructing the education based on QFD quality management system in higher vocational colleges to attempt to solve the problems existing in the education quality. Constructing process as follows: through questionnaire survey to get students of higher vocational education and the enterprise needs and the corresponding weights, and obtain higher vocational education by expert interview service quality measures, using the correlation analysis to find various measures and the correlation of education demand through establishing matrix analysis and calculation obtain all education service quality measures, and found out the importance of the competition ability of GZMH college is 2.8, while expectations index, but there should be 4.3 if to shorten the gap, the most important point is to improve the reform of teaching level and institutional policy executive power. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the management system, we adopt the simulation research methods, through the simulation constructed a 50 colleges as research object. Will this 50 college in after using QFD method, which is called a college in using QFD method, form before second colleges called for matching sample,50 to 50 pairing samples, the higher vocational colleges intervention study education quality evaluation system for education quality level to verify our proposed evaluation based on QFD vocational colleges education quality system's effectiveness.
