Base on the perspective of higher education history development, higher education quality has always been, not be avoided, an important topic. Higher education has gradually drifted away from "ivory tower" today, the various terms of higher education quality management have appeared one by one and are applied to the practice, such as quality assessment, evaluation, inspection, certification, auditing, assurance, control, improvement, monitoring and so on. In a sense, these are concrete manifestations of higher education quality management at the technical level. Propose of a view or technology represents appear of an interest main body, propose and application of different quality management technology are expression of the stakeholders'value orientation in different disciplines perspective.Inspecting,discussing and analysing changes and developments of higher education quality management from a multi-disciplinary perspective, can break the ice of "death research" from a single discipline, and walk away from the circumstance of"living only in the mountain". Using literature analysis methods aimed at collecting information extensively, reading and researching fully the previous research findings, will make disperse and disorderly views and theories become orderly and reasonable about classification, then in-depth analyse by multi-disciplinary knowledges. Applying comparison and case research methods in thesis topical part contribute to deepen the problem. Economics'perspective can talk about customer satisfaction issues of higher education quality management through relations between efficiency and customer; organizational culture'perspective can learn from tradition and modernity problem of higher education quality management according to the relationship between equity and institution change; Political science's perspective can analyse power configuration issues of diverse subjects of higher education quality management base on among stakeholders'game.Specifically, customer satisfaction under economics perspective includes mainly product quality management, service quality management, non-profit public sector's citizens quality management and university student satisfaction quality management and so on; Institutional change under organization culture perspective aims at researching change paths of higher education quality management under traditional institution culture and Modern Institution culture by institutional change theory, then criticing and reflecting the phenomenon by post-modern quality management culture; stakeholders power game under political perspective focus on game relations between central and local,between government and university and mediate organizations involved.It is clear that higher education quality management is a management which researchs customer,institution and power, etc; Higher education quality management problem is no longer just self-discipline's "problem", which is linked closely to the economic, social (including institution), political and other fields; Higher education quality management should be a management culture, rather than mechanical problem management.
