Objective:in sport or training, joint and muscle biomechanics of human law is the focus of attention, because the movement is good or bad technology is the foundation of sports performance.Major joints of the human body muscle groups in the operating parameters under different conditions (such as speed, power, power and strength of the different joint angles, etc.) to improve technology in sports has an extremely important role in guiding them in the muscle strength to reflect the importance of physical fitnesssex has increasingly been recognized, muscle strength testing methods are endless.Isokinetic dynamometer features is the use of isokinetic contraction, through the special accessories and computer processing, the instantaneous torque changes the movement recorded by a number reflecting the torque curve and the parameters of muscle function, muscle movement as a function of assessment indicators,a safe, accurate and so on.Methods:The German ISOMED2000 isokinetic testing, conducted on 60 middle-aged isokinetic concentric elbow testing of elbow flexion, extensor group in different sports angle of peak torque (PT), peak torqueratio (F/E), total work (totalwork) and its changes and gender differences, for future sports medicine, clinical medicine, the practice of rehabilitation medicine to provide reference.Results:(1) muscle strength:women either to the heart, eccentric or isometric testing in PT, PT/W, TW, and MW values of the experimental group than in the control group big.Men in any test condition, the PT, PT/W, TW, and MW values shown:the value of the experimental group and control group as compared with large females, but the heart of the test flexion, PT values between the two groups was extremelysignificant difference, extension of time consistent with previous research experts. It did not change significantly with the angular velocity. The centrifugal state, the four values did not change significantly at the same time, the TW and MW, the angular velocity 90°/s, the most capable men and women doing work (2) Flexibility: regular exercise, regular exercise than people who are not flexiblegood, regular exercise test results are positive middle-aged, middle-aged people without regular exercise a negative, so the reaction of the middle-aged or regular exercise than those who do not regularly exercise flexibility in their musclesexually different.(3) upper body strength:regular exercise upper limb explosive power than non-regular exercise should be large, but because of vote before the ball is solid upper body muscle groups more cooperative development effort involved in the action, so regular exercise is not often middle-aged andmiddle-aged sports a difference but the contrast was not significant (4) coordination:regular exercise, regular exercise is not middle-aged middle-aged people than the number of multi-clap, clap action before and after the completion of upper body muscle groups in lessexperiment depends on the reaction rate and body coordination, so regular exercise is not often middle-aged and middle-aged exercise test before and after the clap difference is not obvious,Conclusions:(1) shows that muscle strength is the middle-aged men who exercise regularly are less regular exercise is good, regular exercise, women exercise less often female muscle acting ability. But they do not its regularity. In addition, people who do not often exercise the body gradually with aging, power down.(2)From the analysis of coordination can be summed up to the heart movement and the eccentric exercise, the upper limb have lost stability, but more obvious when the eccentric exercise.(3)Middle-aged muscle flexibility and sensitivity both decline rapidly, relatively large decline...
