Teaching supervision as vocational colleges to effectively improve the quality of teaching, teaching decision-making and help to strengthen the management of an important means of teaching, is currently China's vocational schools fully meet the market demand, to achieve intensive development is an important condition. In this paper, which is mainly based on the teaching of vocational colleges steering problems and countermeasures as a theme, specific research framework:The first part of the paper clear background to the study, ideas of meaning and methods that improve the teaching supervision system to ensure that our country can effectively improve the quality of vocational education institutions, the optimal allocation of existing teaching resources, to solve China's vocational schools enrollment caused problems and conflicts, thus effectively expanding vocational schools teaching my care quality management research; the same time, the paper also for foreign and domestic institutions, supervision of teaching on the history and status of research has made a review and summary to explore the development of higher vocational colleges teaching supervision track; The second part is mainly related to the concept of teaching supervision has made interpretation of the concept, including the teaching supervision, functions, characteristics, roles, content, and related workforce quality requirements; papers mainly in the third part of the survey analysis and summary, Which is mainly teaching workforce in supervisory personnel system is unreasonable, the results of scientific teams, and other related training not in place; and institutionalized system of teaching in higher vocational colleges is the supervision of understanding in place, the relevant institutional provisions lag, institutions lack of independence, the steering is too limited, work is not correct and not timely feedback, etc.; the fourth part of the paper is mainly based on team building and improve the two macro-institutional perspective Vocational teaching supervision for our problems proposed a specific solution strategies.The solution strategy proposed in this study can effectively promote vocational colleges teaching supervision system reform to improve the quality of teaching vocational colleges in China to promote its rapid development, China's socialist modernization drive to develop talent. This is the significance of this thesis.
