| Although lying in different fields,private secondary vocational schools and enterprises have something in common in terms of quality management.Thus,the wide-used TQM theory and its basic method PDCA Cycle in enterprises can be applied to education quality management.This research discusses the problems of instructional supervision of private secondary vocational schools and puts forwards the corresponding countermeasures based on the core of TQM theory and PDCA Cycle in order to promote the quality and effects of the instructional supervision of private secondary vocational schools with the advanced management ideas of enterprises.This research stochastically chooses the teachers of one private college of Liaoning province as objects with the methods of questionnaire and interview.From the view of TQM theory,500 questionnaires on the theme of the problems of instructional supervision of private secondary vocational schools are distributed and462 ones are valid in which five dimensions are included: the attitudes about instructional supervision,institutions,contents and methods,staff,evaluation and feedback.Through summing up the interviews with staff and heads of instructional supervision and analyzing questionnaires,the problems and its causes are found out and the concrete countermeasures are put forwards in order to provide some reference and for instructional supervision of private secondary vocational schools.The first part is the introduction that discusses the reasons of selected topic,research meaning,research status quo,cardinal concepts and methods.The relative research findings are given more attention and lay good foundation for this research.The second part is the analysis about the status quo of instructional supervision of private secondary vocational schools with spss.The above-mentioned fivedimensions are affected by gender,age,length of teaching,educational history and profession title and show dramatic difference.All these influential factors of instructional supervision of private secondary vocational schools may be microscopic and concrete.The third part is the problems of instructional supervision of private secondary vocational schools.According to the measuring scores of five dimensions,we deeply explore whether the evaluation methods and standards of instructional supervision of private secondary vocational schools are appropriate,which reflect the problems of instructional supervision of private secondary vocational schools.The fourth part is the analysis about the causes of problems of instructional supervision of private secondary vocational schools.In view of the characteristics of private secondary vocational schools and their status quo of instructional supervision,the influential factors are discussed in detail.The fifth part is the optimization strategies of instructional supervision of private secondary vocational schools.The targeted and practical optimization strategies are put forwards in order to promote instructional supervision of private secondary vocational schools with the maximum function and the optimal efficacy. |
