Outward Bound To Introduce The Sunshine Sports Experimental Study Of Junior High School Students,

In order to enhance the young students' constitution and develop a positive healthy habits and the interest of physical exercise, Ministry of Education, State physical culture administration, the communist youth league central committee launched a joint notice "notice of millions of students on Sunshine sports", and put forward to develop sunshine sports movement nationwide. Across the country, all subsidiary ministries begin to develop sunshine sports. With development of sunshine sports, the problems about how to improve students' sunshine sports participation, and enriching the content of the sun sports, promoting the development of the sunshine sports is essential.Outward bound is kinds of experiential education through the elaborate design activities to edify sentiment, perfect personality, melt team, "sunshine sports" movement will expand outward bound into sports, enrich the content of the sunshine sports of primary and middle school students, improve the students' interest in sport, make out of physical exercise inert, and actively participate in the sunshine sports, exercise habit, establishes the foundation for lifelong sports, and provide reference for the after movement.This paper takes 152 student of Wangjingtun middle school in Huixian city, Henan as the research object. By using literature method, experimental method, questionnaire and statistics research methods, this paper implement theoretical analysis and experimental research, then get conclusion as below:(1) Students in the middle school take planed outward bound is necessary. Outward bound is under the request of sunshine sports, and is good at improving the situation of sports.(2) Few of students in the middle school take sunshine sports and know the meaning of development. In these situation, the sunshine sports prospects is also great。The key of sunshine is fitting the need of students, arousing the enthusiasm, stimulating the interest and active participation.(3) Outward bound in middle school can stimulate students' interest, improve students' sports participation and sunshine sports knowledge, promote the all-round development of students, and help students to develop exercise habits and lifelong sports consciousness.(4) Outward bound in middle school is feasible. Time, location equipment, teachers, safety factors junior high school students can meet the need of abundant outward bound and sunshine sports content.
