With social progress and development of knowledge-based economy,the talent market is becoming more competitive.The country's construction and social development raised more and more demands to the overall quality of college students,only having a healthy body can no longer satisfy the increasingly competitive social needs.Good psychological quality,excellent team awareness,good health,the quality tradition of hard work and confidence to face challenges with the philosophy in modern society is particularly important.Thus,university education must advance with the times,using a wide range of educational methods in order to cultivate a time consistent with the requirements of high-quality personnel.Outward Bound is a modern and modern organization which adopted a new method of studying and training methods.It is not easy sports add entertainment,and its essence is a kind of physical activity as a means to education mode.PE teaching at colleges and universities to expand training into the curriculum,not only enrich the teaching contents to achieve the purpose of Outward Bound.It is an effective way to cultivate quality.In this paper,literature,systems analysis,expert interviews,logical analysis and other methods to expand the training of college sports in our country to carry out the necessity and feasibility of an analysis,especially for our country to carry out expansion of PE teaching training courses model raised a number of recommendations and responses,the study concluded that:1.At colleges and universities sports,the expansion of training courses to carry out teaching is absolutely necessary and feasible.2.Colleges and universities to carry out training courses to expand teaching in research which want to absorb and learn from many other theoretical disciplines,knowledge,methods.PE, psychology,pedagogy,management,biology,sociology,economics and other disciplines to carry out the theory have laid a solid theoretical basis for the College Sports Development Training curriculum teaching and research.3.Sports Colleges and Universities develop training courses for students in experiential learning as the center,focus study groups,pay attention to the concept of mind and pay attention to the practice of understanding and personal experience.The teacher gives timely inspiration, induction and point;their teaching models make a preliminary concept from the guiding ideology,objectives,basic content,the use of methods,implementation steps and evaluation system.4.In sports at colleges and universities carrying out training courses to expand the teaching,it is necessary to strengthen the expansion of training at college sports publicity and education effort to strengthen safety education training to expand awareness,to expand training to highlight the quality of education and set up training courses to expand the new teacher-student relationship and vigorously expand the development of training curriculum resources.
