The Study On Employment Of Pharmaceutical Professional Graduate Under Transitional Period

Thus, to settle employment is the vital part of the economic and social policies in different countries, Employment is the basis of the people's livelihood.According to study systematically analyzes the state of employment, employment rate, employment areas of pharmaceutical graduates in KMU in ten years. Predict career directions on the basis of the current situation of pharmaceutical education. To start with the analysis the main factors influencing graduates employment of graduates in KMU,from the internal and external employment environment of the social environment, the employment market for graduates, the universities, the units of choose and employ persons, and the graduates themselves.
