| Under the circumstance of an increasingly keen competition of competitive sports, trend, sports reserve training is considered as the lifeline and cornerstone for survival and development of competitive sports. A document from the State Council of China concerning further strengthening and improving sports work in the new era points out that training sports talents concerns the sustainable development of competitive sports, and it is imperative to train amateur teams and nurture new talents. In recent years, badminton sports development in Jiangsu Province has always been at the forefront of our country in terms of the developing model or speed. Moreover, the development of badminton in Suzhou is always in the forefront of Jiangsu Province. It is worth mentioning that during the 11th National Games, the Jiangsu team won the team title of men and women, and half of the champions are from Suzhou. In this context, in order to further promote the Suzhou badminton sports reserve training system development and promote competitive badminton in Jiangsu Province and the country back-up personnel training system reform and innovation, this paper carries out a comprehensive and detailed research and analysis of competitive badminton reserve status in Suzhou. Based on the law of development of sports and from a multidisciplinary perspective, this study employs literature, surveys, statistics, logic analysis and other research methods and combines other provinces and cities'training modes. The conclusions are as follows:First, Suzhou badminton sports reserve training system enjoys obvious advantages in the government back-up support and talent pool.Second, there are several problems with Suzhou badminton sports reserve training system: unreasonable selection method; fierce conflict between learning and training; low level of scientific training; low overall quality of coaches; too centralized back-up talent management; ineffective excitation mechanism and so on.Third, Suzhou badminton sports reserve training system should always stick to the guiding ideology of sustainable development, establish "people-oriented" values, innovate reserve training mode, enhance scientific research and information level of badminton, emphasize scientific methods of selection, broaden the financing channels, build more effective system, and strengthen the management of athletes'cultural learning. |
