As the advantages project of traditional sports in Jiangsu province, the badminton ofJiangsu has produced a large number of outstanding badminton talent, and won numeroushonors for the Jiangsu and our country. However, as China’s economic system establishmentand the perfect, the current talent training mode of competitive sports in Jiangsu provincewhich is the product of the planned economy system, can not adapt to the social environmentand the needs of the development of the sports itself. It shows various defects and the impactof various sports reserve talented person cultivation in Jiangsu province of sustainabledevelopment.This article has analysis the present situation of Competitive sports reserve talentedperson at home and abroad and sustainable development, and researched the sustainabledevelopment in Jiangsu province of competitive badminton backup talents training. Thisarticle has used many scientific methods, including the method of questionnaire, literature,,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis. The same time, it has put forward a series ofthe corresponding development countermeasure. The main research contents are as follows:(1) Investigate and analysis the situation of Jiangsu competitive badminton reservepersonnel training respectively from five aspects, which consist of the badminton amateurtraining content and method, badminton amateur training students and the selection, amateurtraining coaches, training conditions and the culture of athletes study.(2) By analyzing the current situation of the competitive badminton reserve personneltraining in Jiangsu, it draw the advantages of its sustainable development. Leaders andgovernments at various levels give much attention and care on teenagers amateur training; thecombination of education and sports solve the bottleneck of amateur athletes’ contradictions;establish the five integration management model on reserve personnel training, whichincludes training, study, medical, education and management; the standard management aboutteenagers badminton contest.(3) Analyzes the restriction factors of Jiangsu competitive badminton reserve personneltraining, including: the disadvantages of traditional competitive system; the contradictionsbetween the mechanism of the employment and employing and low cultural quality of theathletes; Insufficient capital investment and human resources situation grim; the problems ofathletes settlement and social security.(4) According to the present situation of competitive badminton reserve personneltraining sustainable development in Jiangsu province, it has proposed the correspondingdevelopment strategy: establish the guiding ideology of the sustainable development; Sportsdepartment has issued relevant policy measures to support the badminton reserve personneltraining; improve the quality and quantity of badminton backup talents to promote talentstraining; Improve the quality and ability of the coaches; perfect and optimizing the trainingconditions; Improve the scientific research ability of competitive badminton in Jiangsuprovince; strengthen scientific selection work; strengthen the management of the athletesculture study in order to promote the comprehensive development of athletes.
