Pygmalion Effect has received great attention. Teachers and researchers actively research and apply Pygmalion Effect in the educational activities. English education of junior middle school has its unique nature, and the phenomenon of having trouble in learning English in middle school students exists generally. So, the key point of this research is how the students use Pygmalion Effect to improve their English Learning?In order to enrich the teaching means and methods, to better carry out the junior middle school English education, promotion of junior high school students' English learning, for us as English education researchers and practitioners, it is necessary to study " Pygmalion effect" in-depth. Then we will understand its nature, connotation and theoretical basis, and master the impact of the teaching in education of the students. For Pygmalion Effect using in middle school English teaching and laying a solid foundation, and in order to improve the English learning situation of common existence of support.Therefore, this paper mainly adopts Case Analysis Method, questionnaire investigation method, the literature material law, interview and other methods, and researches"Pygmalion effect" theory and its practice in education. Firstly, the research background is introduced simply, and understands Pygmalion Effect connotation and students learning concepts, and combines with Pygmalion Effect, and discusses the Pygmalion Effect on junior school students with learning difficulties in English study. Secondly, through the investigation method of the questionnaire to understand the effects of junior high school students' English learning's teacher factor, family factor and social factor; we try to find out the cause of Underachievers in English learning difficulties. It will be for students with learning difficulties in determining the scope of foundation. Finally, through the Case Analysis method, study the effect of Pygmalion Effect on junior high school students with learning difficulties in English learning, and thus draws the conclusion, and puts forward the improvement of junior high school students with learning difficulties in English current approaches. Based on the above analysis and research, we strive to improve junior high school students with learning difficulties in English learning difficulties in the current situation, and provide new theoretical reference for educators.
