Along with the deepening of reform opening and development of economic , many surplus-labor from rural area move into non-agricultural industries and cities,so the phenomenon of " Tide of Peasant Labors "appeared,it became one vive scenery since the Initiation of reform and Opening-up in China .Suzhou is one of the fastest developing cities , and is also in Yangtze Delta , the external population is almost half of the current occupantpopulation . peasant worker grows stronger day by day,and it will be an important team to build Suzhou city proper .Confronting the special new team , how we can play a guarantee role in each item , include the guarantee of sports rights for peasant worker, encourage them into the team of extensive mass fitness programs , to embody extensive mass fitness programs are for the entire people , all the problems are worth researching for us .Against this background ,the paper used literature data,questionnaire,interviews,data statistics ,analysis ,comparative law and other research methods,the paper probed into the current situation of peasant workers in Suzhou city proper participating in sports exercise , in order to know the truth about the peasant workers in Suzhou participate in sports exercise , and analyze the missing reasons that peasant workers participating in sports exercise . The paper not only offer direction countermeasure according to the investigation results , but also offer some basis and reference for the department concerned to make some measures and develop sports for the entire people .The researching results are as following : Besides low education , the peasant workers'income is also low , and they totally work overtime ; Peasant workers'cognitive level of sports exercise is very low , and there are great differences between traditional peasant-workers and new peasant-workers;The peasan workers that we have surveyed in sports exercise show that low frequency ,low strength and short time , the aims for sports exercise are clear , the sports they chose are easy ,the organizations of their sports are sole ,and sports places that they do exercise are near ; Sports consumption level for peasant workers we surveyed is low,and composition of sports consumption is unreasonable; Be restricted for low education, the subjective influence factors for traditional peasant-workers are more than new peasant-workers, contrarily, objective factors for new peasant-workers are more than traditional peasant-workers.In order to solve the problems of peasant worker in Suzhou proper participating in sports exercise ,the paper made the following suggestions: Enhancing social supporting dynamics and comprehensive quality for peasant workers, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of peasant workers; Completing sports exercise service system ;Developing associative form of sports development mode; Completing sport law concerned, making some measures about peasant workers participating in sports exercise.
