Purposes: Fatigue fracture is a common phenomenon in recruits, dancers and athlete training, but since it has concealed and hardly noticeable characteristic, If do not pay attention to and have a rest, continue to exercise will likely further develop into completeness fractures. This study use electricity to prevent fatigue fracture and treatment for innovation points, from the establishment of fatigue fracture of the experimental animal models to cuhk rat tibial histopathology, tibia organization of calcitonin gene-related peptide, bone meal protection and investigated, to investigate the fatigue fracture against rats function, for the prevention and intervention of fatigue fracture to provide theoretical reference.Methods: Choosing 40 the healthy male Wistar rats aged 1 month, randomized control group, build module, acupuncture prevention subgroup, acupuncture group, natural recovery group 5 groups and each group only 8 rats. Fatigue fracture made form work electrical stimulation of jumping movement, building mode 6 weeks. Acupuncture intervention selection Shen Shu, Foot 3 miles, YangLingQuan three meridians. The bone cortex density than normal sparse, backbone visible focal mucus degeneration area, the bone cortex density than normal sparse etc pathology.(3) Rats fatigue fracture of tibial organization CGRP, after the occurrence of OPG expression are increased, and significantly higher than control group (P < 0.01, P < 0.01), acupuncture prevention rats, tibial organization CGRP expression is significantly below made module (P < 0.05), To the prevention of rats OPG expression significant below the shin of the organization built modules ( p < 0.05 ).(4) Acupuncture treatment of rats, tibia CGRP, OPG expression more organization natural recovery group decreased obviously (P < 0.01, P < 0.01), indicating that the acupuncture can serve as prevention fatigue fracture effective means. The mechanism of its action may and adjust CGRP, OPG secrete relevant. Conclusions: According to fatigue fracture pathological diagnosis standardconfirmed, using six weeks electrical stimulation of jumping movement may establish the fatigue fracture of animal model. Fatigue fracture occurring stage in building mode 5 weeks later, acupuncture on fatigue fracture prevention of action; Rats fatigue fracture of tibial organization CGRP, after the occurrence of OPG express heighten, tip the fatigue fracture of occurrence and the osteoblast and osteoclast mainly related bone repair imbalance, Acupuncture therapy on the fatigue fracture that has remedial effect, can quicken bone remodelling and repairing, promote bone tissue in the normal CGRP, OPG expression.
