Because the rapid development of modern athletics and increase of the intensity of sports, athletes fatigue appeared inevitable. To Rational fatigue, through a modest recovery, functions of the human body can be improved. Excessive fatigue and lack of timely elimination of the accumulated fatigue not only can induce disadvantage to the improvement of exercise performance record.but also could generate adverse effects on human health. Prevention and recovery of sports fatigue is a key issue in sports training. For this reason, researchers have carried out a lot of research and exploration, particularly in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years. Chinese acupuncture as a method of prevention fatigue, not only it has low cost and non-toxic side effects, but also easily is operated. Currently, researchers use a solitary points for treatment. But in our study, we take a dialectical measures and use acupuncture prescription and pulsed electrical stimulation. We investigate the effect of sports fatigue rats, biochemical index radical.and this study can provide experimental basis to treatment of sport fatigue.Methods:48 8-week-old healthy male Sprague-Daley (SD) rats and average weight 210-230g, provided by the Animal Experimental Center, Lanzhou Medical College. Aerobic exercise fatigue rat models are established. Because of the experiment requirements rats were divided into five groups, and each group has 8 rats: quiet group(a), quiet electro-acupuncture group (b), exercise (c), sport fake electro-acupunc ture group (d), electro-acupuncture group (e). C, d, e goups are trained for 4weeks .A, b, groups are sedentary group. B,e two groups treated by electro-acupuncture. A,c goups are not treated.d group treat by electro-acupuncture in the middle of tail for 4 couse of treatment. Each groups rats run only once untill exhaustion. End of experiment, all of rats were decapitated, and measure their blood lactate, and hemoglobin, blood urea nitrogen, creatine kinase, serum SOD,MDA; quadiceps SOD,MDA.Results: 1)Rat fatigue model of aerobic exercise is established successfully. Based on Tianye'test of the rat model of aerobic exercise fatigue. Summing up all the index, we believe that the experiment is expected to reach the rat sports fatigue, but there was not fatigue symptoms. This manifests the successful establishment of rat model and Laid the foundation for futher experiments.2) By electro-acupuncture Baihui, Shenshu, Pishu,it can restore weight and significantly prolonged exhaustive rats running time. Preliminarily, Electro-acupunc ture.Baihui, Shenshu,Pishu. It has fatigue resistance of the body and restore the fatigue.3) By electro-acupuncture Baihui, Shenshu, Pishu after exhaustive exercise,it can reduce Bla, BUN, CK higher rate and Hb content The results indicated that electro-acupuncture can reduce blood lactate, enhance muscle's ability to use oxygen and the oxygen capacity of the cardiovascular system, reduce campaign ratsd protein catabolism rate, reduce muscle injury Campaign rats, reduce protein catabolism rate, maintain muscle strength, delay the movement of fatigue; improve blood oxygen transport capacity, enhance aerobic exercise capacity.4) By electroacupuncture Baihui, Shenshu, Pishu, it can increase serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and reduced producion of malondialdehyde (MDA). Electro-acupuncture. Baihui, Shenshu,Pishu. It can resist and restore the fatigue.5) By electroacupuncture Baihui, Shenshu, Pishu, muscle, it can significantly decrease peroxidation, scaveng free radical ability, delay the emergence of the fatigue , promote physiological function rapid return to normal levels.
