With the in-depth promotion of basic education informatization in schools,the education,teaching,management,scientific research and social service of primary and secondary schools constitute the key content of basic education informatization development.Assessing the development level of basic education informatization at the school level can accurately control the advantages and disadvantages of school informatization construction and development,and provide help for school management and decision-making.This paper mainly studies the evaluation model of the development level of informationization in primary and secondary schools based on neural network and realizes the nonlinear evaluation of multi-dimensional indicators.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)Analyze and compare the evaluation projects of international organizations and various developed countries in the field of education informatization and its development level in recent years,as well as domestic policies and research documents,extract four key evaluation dimensions,and initially form the evaluation indicators for the development of informatization of primary and secondary schools frame.Then,through the consistency test of the pre-survey data and exploratory factor analysis,the evaluation index system of the informatization development level of middle and primary schools was further revised and improved,and finally formed 4 first-level indicators and 19 second-level indicators of the informatization development level of middle and elementary schools.The evaluation index system provides a scientific and standardized foundation for the research on the evaluation model of the informatization development level of primary and secondary schools.(2)Build a neural network-based evaluation model for the development level of primary and secondary school informatization.Collect sample data based on the survey questionnaire,and calculate the comprehensive evaluation value of the informatization development level of primary and secondary schools through the objective evaluation of principal component analysis and the subjective and objective comprehensive index based on game theory,which serves as a priori guide for the neural network evaluation model Samples to ensure the accuracy of the final model results.Then two commonly used neural network models are applied to the comprehensive evaluation of the development level of informatization in primary and middle schools.The neural network can improve the evaluation efficiency,and can also use the mapping of its network transfer function to realize the non-linear evaluation of multi-dimensional indicators.Using multiple trainings of experimental data,select the optimal number of network layers,the number of neurons in each layer,transfer function and network hyperparameters,and construct an evaluation model of the development level of primary and secondary school informatization based on BP neural network and RBF neural network.Through the comparison of the error graph,fitting effect,coefficient of determination and error evaluation index of the two evaluation model tests,the results show that the BP neural network evaluation model is better.(3)It is proposed to use the Glowworm Swarm Optimization(GSO)algorithm to optimize the parameters of the BP neural network,which is mainly aimed at the actual training and application process of the evaluation model of the informatization development level of primary and secondary schools based on the BP neural network.The selection of the threshold has the shortcoming of great randomness.The evaluation index is used as the input data of the GSO-BP neural network,and the comprehensive evaluation value obtained by the two basic evaluation methods is also used as the output data.By comparing with the original BP neural network evaluation model,the validity and stability of the model are verified.The above research results provide a more feasible scheme for the evaluation of the development level of primary and secondary schools in a complete process,enrich the research on education informatization and its development level evaluation in theory,and in practice the neural network evaluation model and the direction of education informatization The combination of research provides new ideas.
