Recently in Xinjiang, as the constantly advancing pace of the bilingual education reformation,the pre-school"bilingual"education showing a flourishing. In pre-school phase,the minority language and Chinese education is not simple sense of"bilingual"education but an education bearing the far-reaching historical significance,that promoting national unity,national identity,social harmony and the development of Economy. With the construction and development of the pre-school"bilingual"kindergartens , the basic education in Xinjiang has a smooth and effective development, which won an extensive recognition by the national masses.At present,the most aspects of the research on the"bilingual"education is in allusion to the whole model,status and existing problems of bilingual education,including the research on the textbooks. Nor that,there is little research on courses of artistic education in the"bilingual"kindergarten,which, in the theoretical level and the practical level,restricting the effective development and improvement of the teaching activities in pre-school"bilingual"kindergarten.The basic framework of this study include the following content: Introduction: From the background of Xinjiang"Bilingual"pre-school education, based on the related literature at home and abroad,puts forward the research significance, objects and methods.Part 1: Basic situation of the Kindergarten. Take kindergarten A as an example, through the overall situation of the kindergarten, art education curriculum,teacher and children's development and its achievements in recent years, to describe its objective conditions.Part 2: Case analysis. Select three examples which can provide enough material for regional characteristics of art education curriculum, through the entirety, authenticity, exploratory of the activities, summarizes the experience and practice of regional characteristics.Part 3: Summarized. Summarize the regional characteristic of art education and influence factors.Part 4: Education Suggestions.
