The Study On The Influence Of Speed Roller Skating On 4-6 Years Old Children's Physical Shaping And Quality

With the development of society, more and more people pay attention to preschool education, especially the sports education. Physical training has a positive effect on the physical shaping and quality of children. Now there are so many sports for children. Speed roller skating as a fashionable sports is loved by children. Speed roller skating does good for children's physical quality, which may improve the leg strength, core force, cardiopulmonary function, the ability of balance and coordination and etc. Furthermore, it is positive for children's mind, such as self-confidence, anti-frustration, volitional quality, adaptability and etc. The study on the influence of speed roller skating on 4-6 years old children's physical shaping and quality can provide theoretical basis for children to choose sports and the further study.In this study, ten indicators are selected through expert questionnaire. 40 5-year-old children are divided into experimental and control group. The experimental group has a six-month training of speed roller skating. The experimental result is got by comparing the data of experimental with control group. The experimental results show that there is no adverse effects on children for playing speed roller skating, on the contrary, it's benefit for improving children's leg strength, speed quality, balance and etc. Therefore, speed roller skating is appropriate for developing in the kindergarten. Teachers should pay more attention to children's integrated development in teaching speed roller skating. It's necessary to strengthen the safety guidance in case of the sports injuries.
