With the continuous improvement of the current standard of living, young people due to lack of physical exercise decreased year by year, of which some young people has become a high risk of cardiovascular disease. In order to improve young people's physical quality and increase young people's interest in the sport, roller skating as a very consistent with the status quo of school sports sport has gradually entered the primary and secondary schools in China.Roller Skating is a financial fitness, sports, entertainment and leisure as one of the sport of Roller Skating in promoting sports in the sun umbrella is to Liaoyuanzhishi swept the campus widely in primary and secondary students alike. It is a low-impact aerobic exercise, the physical development of children and adolescents are of great help. Roller Skating is not the role of powerful forces in the body, muscle and joint injuries is relatively small. The movement of large muscle groups will help to stimulate bone growth and strengthening. Function of aerobic exercise can improve heart and lung capacity and physical fitness of children improved and strengthened, consumption of excess fat; exercise a more fit and healthy body. Gliding movement pattern is different from the body's normal movement pattern. Roller Skating can improve the respiratory system, digestive system, blood circulatory system and other internal organs function, fully coordinated and integrated development of the human body speed, strength, endurance, agility, flexibility, and other surface quality.In this paper, the characteristics of Roller Skating in itself to study the cardiopulmonary function of Roller Skating For primary school students, as well as the impact of body shape. After 18 weeks of experimental teaching comparative analysis of data from studies, comparative analysis of cardiopulmonary function, respectively, as well as indicators of body shape draw final conclusions on the physical form of Roller Skating has a good role in promoting growth, respiratory function and cardiac function are very be greatly improved, so is ideal for skating sports physical education in primary schools.
