Education reform began with the implement of the policy of reform and opening up。As early as the year 1984, Yantai was assigned as an experimental zone and pilot city of the comprehensive education reform by State Council and the National Development and Reform Commission。For more than 30 years, lots of well-known experience of education reform inside and outside the province have been summarized。In the year 2004, education reform in Yantai entered a new period with the spirit of content—orientation, overall progress and self—innovation。On the basis of an accurate grasp of domestic and international trends in education reform, a careful study of the lessons of regional teaching reform and a deep investigation of various problems in real teaching, all the education researchers in Yantai worked hard raising a new idea of class construction and teaching reform with the spirit of harmony, efficiency, thinking and dialogue, which is the most prominent sign。For three years, Yantai has propelled an in-depth implementation of quality education, focusing on the new idea of class construction , and formed a series of outstanding teaching achievements。During a long time, in face of the idea of new class construction, when I am thinkingcarefully, I carried out a deep study: according to the case of students, textbooks and college entrance examination,I have come up with the thesis of "people-oriented, three-dimensional dialogue to achieve a harmony and efficiency of language teaching" ,promoting the "harmonious and efficient thinking dialogue model inside and outside the classroom。In this paper how to put the theory into real implementation in high school Chinese learning are emphasized though a lot of study were made about the people-oriented theory in Chinese teaching。"People"means teachers, students, writers and characters themselves。The key point of the three-dimensional dialogue is to guide students to interact with the text in the form of dialogue。The key and difficult point of the study is to guide the students to work independently。People-orientation is a fundamental concept。The three-dimensional dialogue is a teaching model。Harmony and efficiency is the goal。The methods adopted in my research are practice-analysis and questionnaire, interview, literature method。Practice Analysis means Pre-test and the exchange of two classes of experimental design。I selected two classes in the parallelled classes and even poor classes。In one class, "people-oriented, three-dimensional dialogue" teaching experiments and after-school self-study and self-detection experiments were adopted。In another, the traditional teaching methods were still used: arrangement of the traditional job and correcting the mistakes as usual。Six months later, I summarized the results and exchanged the experiment classes to see whether there are similarities or differences in effect。The results of one-year study of classroom practice are exciting and satisfying。The two ordinary class surpassed the excellent class at last。What's more, more than 90 percent of the class students can read the article after the article independently and complete the exercises Conclusion;"People-oriented" philosophy can not only improve the relationship between the teachers and students but the relationship between authors and teachers, author and students, students and literature。This idea can make students fall in love with language, literature。"Three-dimensional dialogue" enables students to understand that literary works do not exist alone and Chinese reading isn't unfathomable as imagined, and language teachers are not playing word games。Such a class is both harmonious and efficient。...
