In the autumn of 2010,Baiyin Experimental High School carried out efficient classroom construction.The school explored "271" four-dimensional efficient classroom model on the basis of learning from the "271" efficient classroom model of Changle Number 2 High School in Shandong Province."271" four-dimensional efficient classroom model is divided by classroom time,student levels and learning content.Besides,the model has made a standard in four dimensions:students learning,teachers teaching,curriculum characteristic and classroom culture.Also,the model has done a standard in six specific areas:target display,independent learning and cooperation and exploration,presentation and communication,comment and expansion,summary and evaluation.Therefore,classroom teaching and student learning become more complete and smooth.Nonetheless,"271" four-dimensional effective classroom still has some problems in teaching Chinese reading,such as,the contradiction between model and efficiency and unreal classroom dialogue.On the basis of investigation and research,this paper tries to solve the problems in the teaching of Chinese Reading by exploring the way of organizing classroom dialogue in "271" four-dimensional classroom teaching model so that the problems can be solved and the dialogue can become more effective to meet the spirit of the new curriculum reform.The paper analyzes the specific problems and causes of the "271" dialogue model in Chinese reading class,and puts forward some feasible suggestions on the dialogue model of Chinese reading class.
