Research On Teaching Skills Development Of Normal Students Supported By Online Learning Community

Basic literacy of a qualified teachers is teaching skills, solid professional skills of teachers is the basis which the normal students become an excellent teacher in teaching jobs , also an important factor which Influence education practice effect. This paper's core is proposed the teaching skills development model of normal students, based on analyzing the current situation and requirement of the development of normal students and the elements of the online learning community. This model integrated the three practice segment about before class,the class,after class, we can change the learning environment, learning environment can be network environment or the micro-standard classroom. This model also integrated different learning styles ,such as self-directed learning,collaborative learning based on the problems in teaching or teaching topic. This paper which from the following several parts to discuss:For the introduction of the first chapter, the author discussed the basic ideas of this paper.The second chapter for literature review, such as the concept of learning community and components, the role of construct network learning community, how to construct network learning community, the research project about network learning community at home and abroad, the definition and characteristics of teachers' teaching skill, teaching skill classification, development way of teaching skills of normal students.The third chapter analyzed the current situation and requirement of teaching skill development of normal students,the author makes questionnaire survey, and analysis it,also discusses the survey results.The fourth chapter is this article core, according to the survey results, based on knowledge management theory, group dynamic theory, distributed cognition theory, the author designed the teaching skills development model of normal students based on network learning community, and makes a four-week course of experiment research.The fifth chapter for implementation effect and feedback mainly investigated the test object of attitudes and opinions in this mode. According to the results of implementation feedback, the author proposed the model application strategies and discussed how to promote the model.The sixth chapter is summary and prospects.
