The new curriculum reform and the balanced development of basic education is the focus ofeducation reform and development in China, high school teachers as the mainstay of basic education,shoulders the training successors of the motherland., therefore, the construction of a high level of qualityof middle school teachers, strengthen the teachers troop construction, to promote teachers’ professionaldevelopment, is the foundation education balanced development, and constantly improve the quality ofeducation of the key. The improvement of teachers’ teaching skills is an important aspect of teacherprofessional development, teaching skills are necessary to teaching basic skills, it is the basic qualities for aqualified teacher. Therefore, increase the intensity of middle school teachers’ teaching professional skillstraining can promote teachers’ professional development, and constantly improve the quality of the teachers.With the teaching skill training and the inner link of teacher professional development, the purpose of thisresearch is to through the analysis of middle school teachers’ skill training to find the existing problems andreasons, and try to put forward some effective measures to promote teachers’ skill training. Specificallyspeaking, the research is divided into four parts, including introduction, reading the teaching skills, thepresent situation of middle school teachers’ teaching skills training and existing problems of theinvestigation, the effective measure research of middle school teachers’ teaching skills training.In this paper, on the basis of combing the relevant research literature, through the questionnairesurvey, interview, classroom observation and other methods to investigate about the present situation ofmiddle school teachers’ teaching skills training, comprehensive analysis of the main problems of middleschool teachers’ teaching skill training is: on one hand, the school and the administrative institutional levelin teacher’s teaching skill training training mechanism is not sound, lack of effective organization andleadership, lack of pointed training content, lack of fully training form; On the other hand, teachers areinsufficient understanding of the importance and purpose of the teaching skills training, lack of the highlyparticipation enthusiasm, lack of the ideal teaching skills.Therefore, the research based on the relevant theory of teaching skill training, puts forward somecountermeasures of teaching skill training.Firstly, create a good external environment.The first step is create a sound system of training. Reasonable training system is the fundamental guarantee of theeffectively teaching skill training work and training goal smoothly realized. The second step is strengthenthe training organization. In order to develop the teachers training smoothly, the training organization andmanagement is particularly important. Schools should clear the goals and objectives of teaching skilltraining, formulate corresponding rules and regulations, to ensure the effectiveness of the training work.Secondly, construct the teachers’ teaching skills upgrading platform. The first step is construct the teachers’teaching skills improve cooperation platform. We should establish a connection between the middle schooland college, the organization discipline experts into the classroom once a month, participate in class andevaluation, to conduct face-to-face experience guidance. The second step is construct the teachers’ teachingskills improve communication platform,consist of teaching discussion, model cases from the excellentteachers, apprenticeship as a pair. Thirdly, construct diverse teaching skills training mode,consist of mainresearch drive mode, reflection practice mode and video training mode.
