One can set goals and actively mediate the request context, the relationship between resources and personal goals to influence their own development. Although they are to adolescence, intentional self-regulation is a significant change and a progressive development.But the intention of self-regulation in childhood has a certain performance. If we can work on the children's plan to develop they can plan their lives better, even plan their future.Currently, the middle-aged students'lives are arranged by their parents. It restricted the development of the students plans invisibly.The purpose of this study is the work of the characteristics of middle-aged students in primary schools and education rules. So as to promote the positive development of students and provide the possibilities for children's self-fashioning.Participants in action research is a class which has 53 students in a primary school in Changchun. Guiding participants plan the daily life of their own then their reflections to discover that education rules and train development of planning in the middle-aged students section.After this study we found that the ability of planning of the middle-aged students in primary schools of middle schools may be cultured.Children's purpose, planning, reflections when doing things may develop.Finally, the article discusses the existence of this lack of action research.Combined with training in the planning problems encountered in the process, the effect of factors affecting the activity. And summarizes these factors for the problems and methods for middle section of planned future training activities.
