| The development of Physical Education presents the power of a nation and its civilization. Competitive sports have been a competition in politics, economic power and scientific technology. What's more, they have been a competition in fostering reserve sports talents, which is the foundation of a nation's power in competitive sports and an important component of developing competitive sports. Only with the emphasis on fostering reserve sports talents can competitive sports improve continuously.In recent years, sports aerobics has seen drastic improvement. The sport, with a history of over 20 years, is rising and entertaining. In the past decade, as sports aerobics gets elevated and academies are attaching more importance to it, it has become a hot point in PE research and attracts wide attention.The author carried on a close survey on the present nurturing system of reserve sports aerobics talents in Jiangxi Province, and figured out the elements that influenced the nurturing system so as to maintain the sustainable development of the system. On the basis of the survey, corresponding measures can be made and taken, which is quite beneficial to the improvement of sports aerobics in Jiangxi Province.The thesis made a profound survey on the system of fostering reserve sports aerobics talents through methods like documentation , investigation, interviewing and questionnaire, and made the following conclusions:At present, the distribution of reserve sports talents in Jiangxi Province is unbalanced, which is harmful to fostering the reserve talents.the overall quality of coaches needs to be improved. The dated teaching styles can't possibly meet the requirement of temporary athletic training.the relevant incentive mechanism is in need of further enhancement.the selection of teaching materials is not scientific enough.Scientific management is yet to be established. Without the sufficient emphasis of relevant leaders, the fostering system is fractured. |
