Research On The Status Investigation And Development Strategy Of Reserve Talents Of Competitive Sports In Hubei Province

The development of competitive sports is full of fierce competition,competitive sports competition is mainly the competition of talent reserve,to cultivate highly valued talents,in order to secure a national athletics sports development status.Hubei province is in the middle of our country sports,after years of continuous cultivation and conveying a large number of outstanding athletes,made outstanding contributions to Hubei province's sports culture,but in recent years the reserve personnel gradually obvious leakage problems,the construction of reserve echelon is slow,therefore,this article through the literature material method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,this study is to reflect the status of the Hubei province athletics sports reserve personnel training of Hubei province athletics sports reserve personnel,effect of treatment on the basis of investigation of the main factors of talents development,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for sustainable development sports talents,provide a theoretical basis for promoting the development of competitive sports in Hubei province.This study mainly include:Athletes team status,the current situation of coaches,training facilities,sports funding,management system and the main factors affecting the development of talents,and through the study draws the following conclusions:(1)The number of competitive sports reserve talents in Hubei is on the rise.The motivation of participating in sports training is mainly to become professional athletes.The echelon structure of reserve talents is "Pyramid" shape,and high level athletes are relatively few.(2)The age structure of coaches is relatively reasonable.The educational background is mainly undergraduate.The proportion of coaches with senior titles is relatively small,the training plan is relatively comprehensive,and the number of people taking part in training is less.(3)Hubei sports team has a single source of funds,mainly government grants.The annual sports expenditure is less than 500 thousand,the training venues and facilities are insufficient,and 61%of the training units do not have independent medical teams.(4)The training system of reserve talents of competitive sports in hubei province is not harmonious enough,and the incentive guarantee policy is not perfect;Traditional idea,the reserve talented person's own factors,coaches,team construction of incomplete insufficient coordination,training system,management system,improve the existence of these factors hinder the development of the reserve talented person.On the basis of the research in this paper,the author puts forward the following suggestions on the problems existing in the cultivation of reserve talents of competitive sports in Hubei province:(1)We should improve the training management system,expand the scope of selection,introduce high-level talents,strengthen the combination of sports and education,and improve the efficiency of personnel training.(2)Strengthen the construction of coaches,encourage all levels of training institutions to carry out continuing education,improve the coaches' ideological understanding and coaching level,and promote mutual cooperation among coaches.(3)To promote the government administrative means,and promote social cooperation,common reserve talents to use social resources,strengthen the cooperation with enterprises,expand investment channels,improve the construction of facilities.(4)The development of "combination of sports and education" training mode to improve the system to develop the science and rationality of the reserve talents;to strengthen organizational leadership,strengthen the construction of talent training,establish and improve the athlete culture and education policy system,improve the incentive and security system.
