Research On Current Situation And Developing Countermeasure Of Competitive Sports Reserve Talents Cultivation Under Government's Guidance

Under the guidance of the government,the "three concentrations" has been the mainbody of China's competitive sports reserve personnel training system,it has trained a large number of outstanding athletes for our country.With the continuous progress of the transition from planned economy to market economy,the social type is changing from traditional society to modern society.This leads to the original model lost soil.Exposed the contradiction between learning and training,the low rate of become a useful person,the decline in the number of reserve talents in competitive sports,the athletes employment difficulties and other ills.This has a direct impact on the development of competitive sports reserve talents in China.The competitive sports training unit under the leadership of the government: three concentrated sports school,its present situation and development countermeasure,it is the problem to be solved in this research,and also the core problem of the cultivation of reserve talents of competitive sports in China.Literature,questionnaire,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,comparative study are used in this study.Choose Shanghai,Dalian,Nantong,which under the leadership of the government competitive sports reserve talents training unit: three concentrated sports school as the research object.Discusses the current situation and existing problems of the training units under the government's policy background and economic situation in different regions.Put forward the development countermeasures and suggestions.Research think:(1)The cultivation of reserve talents of competitive sports in China should be combined with the sports industry,expand funding sources while moderate socialization and commercialization,expand the income channels of training units.(2)The tendency and proportion of capital investment,revitalize the full allocation of staffs' vitality and creativity.Tilt on the capital to the main points of the whole training system.(3)On the protection of athletes,should promote the comprehensive development,improve the overall quality,increase the employment competitiveness,based on improving the welfare of athletes,In terms of insurance,we should improve the convergence of different links,combined with the economic situation at that time.(4)Innovative training model according to local conditions to carry out flexible combination of sports and education.Be flexible in structure,to maximize the efficiency of the combination of sports and education.(5)Perfect incentive system.The material incentive and spiritual incentive should be taken into consideration,and the concept of motivation should be adjusted,so as to put an end to the short-sighted competition concept caused by adverse incentives(6)Strengthen the management,serious sportsmanship and discipline,strengthen the quality of competition,To form the national competitive sports atmosphere,that: enhance training,interest and participation through competition.
