| Integrity means honest and trustworthy ,which is the traditional Chinese virtues, the embodiment of the overall quality of a nation , the cornerstone and the symbol of modern civilization, a universal code of ethics, and also a basic code of ethics in relationship between individuals and society, individuals and others. Honesty is the initial morality, and a moral system in the maternal morality, all moral standards are to be established on this basis, a higher code of ethics is based on integrity. Moral itself is not without credibility. "A person cannot stand without integrity," and honest and trustworthy education should be to strengthen ,which is the contemporary focus of ideological and moral cultivation. College students are the reserve army of socialist modernization, and also the hope of future of motherland. The times demands that college students should have the moral quality of being honest and trustworthy. At present, the majority of college students are always keeping their promises, but quite a few students due to various adverse factors, are not optimistic about its integrity. College students'absence of credit is becoming the Moral of the outstanding problems, which have a bad influence on their study, life and employment, and also having a negative impact on the school's teaching management and social stability. Therefore, in building a socialist harmonious society background, faith in the students carrying out in-depth education, strengthen the integrity of consciousness, which is the important task in vocational colleges. This paper discusses the absence of credit and integrity education of vocational college students.This article has researched and discussed the integrity through the theoretical analyses, interviews, counseling and other methods. The main contents involves the status of college students integrity and damage, and causes of the problems and how to explore solutions and measures, innovative construction specifications college students credit system, building on the formation of honesty to explore the systematic education model. The first part of the article, defines the integrity and honesty education, vocational college credit educational content, also discusses the importance of integrity in higher education institutions. Integrity education has very important meaning to the quality of college students, construction of higher vocational education goals, etc. The second part, the main analysis of the current lack of integrity in the performance of students and harmfulness. There are a variety of forms in the performance of students lack credibility. This article divides them into the confusion of integrity concept, deception serious lack of awareness of credit, lack of interpersonal communication and several other types of credit, and that these phenomena will have a seriously adverse impact on students growing up in higher vocational colleges, overall image, social stability. The third part, the main analysis of the current lack of integrity in the performance of students and causes. There are a variety of forms in the performance of students lack credibility, involving social, economic, schools, families, students themselves and restraint mechanisms aspects. Finally that countermeasures to the integrity of higher vocational college students are taken. For former phenomena and cause , we should strengthen the integrity of student education , higher education college having the important responsibility, also needing the horizontal and vertical coherence, co-ordination in order to obtain good results.To strengthen the integrity of vocational students is an urgent important task not only in higher vocational college, but also in the whole society. Practice shows that the integrity of vocational college students are not simply relying on a department. It is a systematic project, vocational colleges should play a major role in moral education, it is also in need of social, family, government and other joint efforts and co-operation. |
