Nowadays, as China's economy, the rapid development of technology and education, the training community has put forward higher requirements, the traditional education can not fully adapt to the new needs of social development, in order to meet the requirements of social development, people's teaching philosophy is changing. Many colleges and universities are the application of new teaching methods, classroom teaching in sports, and made some teaching. The author of audio and video teaching in Physical Education feedback to improve the technical level of the student movement, students cognitive thinking ability, observation, analysis, problem solving,improve the quality, promote student interest in learning, and the hurdles of modern theory and technical characteristics, to make audio and video - feedback approach on hurdle experimental study in.This study selected sports 2009 a total of 40 male physical education students as experimental test subjects,research methodology literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, teaching experiments, and mathematical statistics and other methods. Of audio and video - feedback approach of the "theoretical basis", "feedback effect in Physical Education"and"motor skill formation mechanism " other aspects of the detailed study, developed audio and video - feedback approach in teaching Hurdles Experimental Research. The aim is to study audio and video - hurdle feedback approach is applied to teaching, through 20 hours of teaching experiments, use of student evaluation of teaching effectiveness of this method, experimental group and control group students after the experiment performance measurement standards and technical assessment of the differences, to verify the feasibility of this method.The results show that:(1)Through the teaching of experiment results of 20 hours, audio-visual, feedback analysis indicates that the method has been applied to the hurdles technology teaching is feasible and effective. Through the audio-visual feedback teaching analysis and evaluation of technical actions students hurdles, enables the student to deepen action impression. The hurdle technology exams, the experimental group standards and evaluation results obviously better than the control group.(2) Use audio-visual - feedback teaching in the teaching, the hurdle technology use pictures, sound and image visual and auditory stimulation and extension of human organs, in accepting the role outside stimulation cases, information feedback, make students form the correct action table shape and the establishment of a complete technology concepts, promote the formation of behavioral skill, help students timely correcting error, improving teaching quality and teaching efficiency.(3) Using media image function, greatly enriched the teaching content, change the traditional teaching, improve the boring oneness with the learning interest of the students learning desire, fully mobilize students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, shorten the teaching cycle, so that students in a shorter time get more knowledge, cultivate the students' cognitive thinking ability, observation, analysis, problem solving skills, improve the quality of classroom teaching, so as to improve teaching efficiency and realize the teaching aim, teaching content, teaching process, teaching methods and teaching effects optimization.
